The objectives of the engagement was to improve the overall aesthetic appeal and improve usability of the health insurance quoting tools to increase sales conversion rates.
The HordernIT Solution
A business analyst worked alongside business representatives from marketing, IT and management to analyse and identify opportunities for improvement. These were documented and an agile project management approach was adopted to implement the identified issues and opportunities.
Aesthetics were improved with the design of a new home page for both sites and the development of online web style guides that were applied to the tempaltes within the sites.
