HordernIT use Sharepoint to solve communication and collaboration challenges.
Background
The Borough of Queenscliffe had a vision of streamlined online communication and collaboration but were unsure how to do it. HordernIT were invited to make a recommendation how to go about this, and eventually helped them implement the final solution.
What we did
We firstly worked closely with Queenscliffe’s communications and IT staff. From this consultation we recommended Sharepoint Foundation to provide online communication and collaboration services. After this initial analysis HordernIT were asked to implement the solution and re-develop the Borough’s intranet.
Results
The Sharepoint site and intranet now provides the council with a single focus for all communication and collaboration amongst staff. The Borough of Queenscliffe were so happy with the final results, they soon asked HordernIT to develop a brand new site where Council members can communicate with security
