Background
Infection Prevention Australia (IPA) helps Health care organisations audit and provide safe environments. A key part of their service is a Cloud based auditing software. After some challenges with a previous supplier, IPA asked HordernIT staff to help with the running of their software.
What we did
HordernIT took on the hosting and maintenance of the site. As part of the migration strategy, the team reviewed the software code and made some improvements. HordernIT then organised a more stable and efficient hosting services, and provide an agreed level of support and service to the staff.
Results
IPA staff now have more peace of mind in the stability of their auditing tool, and know that they can trust and rely on HordernIT for help and assistance when they need it.
