Client had a manual process for managing their employees being assigned tasks from their customers and then providing the output back to the customer. This wasn’t scalable for them to grow their customer base as well as being tedious to manage – a new customer was just more work.
Create a web application which manages the incoming tasks as well as providing the output back to the customer. By automating these parts and introducing workflow rules, customers and employees could interact cutting out most of the management overhead. This has already allowed the client to spend more time bringing in new clients without increasing management time.
